Meet the Founder
Hello and welcome to TMaree Solutions! I’m Tammy M. Jones, and it’s an honor to have you here as part of our community. My life’s mission is simple yet powerful: to empower women and organizations to rise with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a certified executive and personal coach, I bring more than two decades of expertise in Human Resource Management—partnering with federal agencies, colleges and universities, and private organizations to strengthen leadership, build inclusive cultures, and drive meaningful change. Along the way, I’ve delivered career coaching, leadership consulting, organizational training, recruitment strategy, and event facilitation that inspire growth and transformation.

I am also the author of In This Season: Rediscover Your Purpose, Renew Your Spirit, a book designed to guide women in reconnecting with their purpose, renewing their spirit, and stepping boldly into their next chapter. Writing this work reflects my passion for helping women rise beyond challenges and lead with authenticity.

I founded TMaree Solutions to be more than a consulting practice—it’s a movement rooted in radiance, where women are equipped to lead, organizations are prepared to thrive, and communities are inspired to embrace equity and belonging. Whether through coaching, consulting, or speaking on national stages, my goal remains the same: to create spaces where people are empowered, leaders are authentic, and women shine with purpose and power.
Why I Do This Work

Originally from the Midwest, I now call the D.C. area home. With a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, my professional journey has given me the tools and experiences to inspire and uplift people across many landscapes.
I am devoted to helping women and organizations thrive—bridging the gap between potential and realization. My mission is to be a catalyst for positive change, equipping leaders to rise, empowering women to step into their purpose, and guiding workplaces toward cultures of equity, belonging, and success.
